Our Story
Assisted Living Navigator, LLC (ALN) is comprised of an educated staff with the expertise to serve caretakers and families during the time of transitioning a loved one to an assisted living setting. ALN was started due to the issues of finding appropriate placement for a family elder and we wanted to give people the quality of help they need at this important and sensitive time.
Who We Are
We are a local Arizona company that is highly invested in providing the very best service that assists with short and long term placement. Communication, follow through, understand and care are the corner stones of the company.
Being local sets ALN apart and aids in communication. The assigned Navigator Specialist is there to ensure all parties are on the same page and to be an advocate. ALN has extended business hours to address any issues or hurdles that may present themselves.
Coordination of care is how we follow through. We feel it's very important to be a strong guide during this portion of the process. Understanding and care are instrumental to helping establish a safe and comfortable environment.

Coordination of Care
We will coordinate with all involved parties. Privacy is important, information will be kept safe and protected following the guidelines of HIPPA. A priority of Assisted Living Navigator is to prevent a gap in care by assisting in the transfer of documents to the placement of choice.

We have several resources available to share. Our resource database is available to help make sure your needs and comfort in life is maintained.
Navigation Specialist
A Navigation Specialist will be assigned from the beginning and will be your guide and advocate throughout. You will have a direct number and e-mail. They will be able to meet in person and accompany during tours. The Specialist are familiar and have relationships with the community and facilities in the network.
Touring & Amenities
Touring a potential home is made easy by the Navigator Specialist having the ability to offer accompanied, virtual, and pre tours. A private tour without a specialist is also available. We understand the importance of amenities. Time will be taken to understand what is important and the amenities to provide comfort.
Facility Network
Assisted Living Navigator has a relationship with the best facilities in Arizona. The facility has a standard to meet prior to becoming part of our network. We take every measure to ensure that safety, comfort, and care is provided.
